About this role
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Corporate Development / M&A Manager to work directly with the founders and leadership team at Lndmrk on sourcing and executing transactions. This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving environment ideal for someone who wants real ownership and exposure, and who wants to help build a company through M&A rather than operate inside a large corporate structure. You will drive our acquisition strategy across fragmented service industries and play a central role in shaping how the platform scales.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Strategy
• Identify acquisition targets across fragmented service industries including business services and consumer services.
• Build relationships with founders, advisors, and intermediaries to generate a strong deal pipeline.
• Conduct market mapping and develop sector investment theses to guide acquisition priorities.
Transaction Execution
• Lead end-to-end financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Build detailed operating and valuation models to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, and commercial workstreams.
• Support negotiations and manage transaction documentation through to close.
Founder & Leadership Support
• Prepare investment memos and present directly to senior leadership and investors.
• Work closely with the CEO and founders on strategic initiatives and growth planning.
Post-Acquisition Value Creation
• Support integration planning and ongoing performance tracking of acquired businesses.
• Help define synergy capture frameworks and identify operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking (M&A), private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong execution track record across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to close.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage credibly with founders and senior stakeholders.
Preferred
• Prior exposure to services sectors or roll-up acquisition strategies.
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
• Existing network of deal intermediaries, advisors, or founder relationships in the GCC.
Who You Are
Ownership-Driven
You treat every deal as if it is your own business on the line — thorough, decisive, and accountable.
Analytically Sharp
You are comfortable in complex models and can translate numbers into a clear investment narrative.
Relationship-Focused
You build genuine trust with founders and counterparties, which is what gets you into the best deals.
Fast & Adaptable
You thrive in lean teams, move quickly, and are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
Entrepreneurial
You are motivated by building something, not just executing within a defined process.
Clear Communicator
You can present a complex thesis to a board or explain a deal structure to a founder in plain language.
What We Offer
• Equity / ESOP participation with meaningful upside tied to platform growth.
• Direct access to founders and real decision-making from day one.
• High ownership, autonomy, and fast career progression versus traditional corporate environments.
• UAE visa sponsorship and comprehensive health insurance.
