Job Title: Mortgage Broker (Dubai/UAE)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in mortgage brokering within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local property market, lender requirements, and relevant regulations. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the UAE mortgage process from initial consultation to loan completion, ensuring clients receive solutions tailored to their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage options and regulations specific to the UAE property market

• Assess clients’ financial profiles and overall eligibility for various UAE mortgage products

• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation to local banks and financial institutions

• Liaise with UAE-based lenders to negotiate rates, terms, and approvals on behalf of clients

• Maintain compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agencies, property developers, and banks across the UAE

• Guide clients through the full mortgage lifecycle, from enquiry through to approval and disbursal

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker within Dubai or the UAE property market

• In-depth understanding of UAE mortgage products, bank requirements, and real estate regulations

• Proven track record of managing multiple client transactions in the UAE

• UAE mortgage broker license or relevant industry certification (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
