Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

· Operate product and personalization machines according to SOPs.

· Set up machines and perform pre-operation checks before production starts.

· Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards.

· Handle raw materials, semi-finished cards, rejected cards and finished products properly.

· Perform quality inspections and identify defects or production issues.

· Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting during operation.

· Record production data, downtime, and machine issues accurately.

· Ensure minimal wastage and maintain production efficiency.

· Follow safety, security, and cleanroom/5S requirements at all times.

· Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.

· Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and quality control teams.

· Support shift handover by updating machine and production status.

Requirements:

· SPM certification or equivalent qualifications

· 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role

· Strong attention to detail

· Good math and technical skills

· Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

· Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods if needed
