10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
As a Machine Repair Technician, you’ll be a key hands-on problem solver responsible for keeping our manufacturing equipment and building systems operating at peak performance. This is an advanced, skilled maintenance role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems across the plant.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including power distribution, solid‑state controllers, press schematics, and safety systems
Perform mechanical repairs on gear reducers, bearings, belts, pulleys, sprockets, clutches, and HVAC components
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on presses, die cutters, lift tables, pallet trucks, and other production equipment
Time, calibrate, and maintain feeders and presses; respond to mechanical breakdowns efficiently
Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including burners, motors, blowers, and controls
Perform preventive maintenance based on established schedules
Estimate repair time, required parts, and costs
Move, install, or modify equipment as manufacturing needs change
Communicate clearly with teammates and across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards, stopping production when quality issues arise
Use Serigraph’s ERP system and SPECS quality system to support documentation and compliance

What We’re Looking For
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of safety practices, housekeeping, and PPE
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Preferred:
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
