What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including power distribution, solid‑state controllers, press schematics, and safety systems
  • Perform mechanical repairs on gear reducers, bearings, belts, pulleys, sprockets, clutches, and HVAC components
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on presses, die cutters, lift tables, pallet trucks, and other production equipment

    You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Take ownership and accountability for results
  • Speak up, ask questions, and close gaps
  • Follow procedures while still thinking critically
  • Enjoy troubleshooting, fixing problems, and improving systems
  • Value teamwork, quality, and safety just as much as productivity
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required:
