• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain fineblank stamping presses and production equipment. Replace worn or defective parts, motors or controls as necessary.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
• Respond to equipment stoppage and mechanical breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems using PLC and ladder logic.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues using drawings, gages, electrical testers, ect.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Technical, vocational, college degree or equivalent work experience desired
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, PLC skills desired
• Knowledge of robotic motion controls
• Knowledge of chillers and air compressors
• Candidates must provide their own basic tools
