Management Trainee – Consumer Electronics Sales

The Management Trainee will support the Consumer Electronics Business Development team in driving sales growth and expanding market presence. The role includes customer engagement, sales pipeline management, market analysis, business opportunity development, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, and R&D teams. The trainee will develop strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented business development capabilities in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong business mindset and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with an interest in sales and business development.
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers.
