We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager HR & Admin to join our team in Jaipur, India. In this role, you will oversee both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems
  • Coordinate office operations, including facilities management and vendor relations
  • Develop and maintain HR and administrative budgets
  • Implement and maintain HR information systems and databases
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs
  • Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office management
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Experience in performance management and employee development
