Overview
As an HRBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultant to business teams within 2C2P, working closely with the HR Director to align people strategies with business goals to drive growth in the fast-evolving fintech sector and ensure that 2C2P remains an employer of choice for top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and work closely with the HR Director to translate business objectives into actionable workforce plans.
- Lead performance management cycles, talent calibration, and high-potential development to sustain a high-performance culture across all departments.
- Act as a primary change agent during organizational shifts to help teams adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving business models.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives specifically tailored to a diverse and agile tech workforce.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to the HR Director to proactively address retention, productivity, and workforce trends.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues while ensuring full compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify critical skill gaps and optimize team structures to support the company’s rapid growth.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Manager role within the tech industry or a fast-growing industry.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with an HR Director and senior executive leadership to influence and implement organizational change.

Native-level fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication and regional collaboration.

Strategic mindset characterized by high emotional intelligence and the resilience required to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced fintech environment.
