180-Day Paid Leadership Development Program

Build the Skills to Lead Before You Launch Denver

All Denver Manager in Training hires will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Denver market.

You won’t spend six months sitting in a classroom.

You’ll be in the field producing, learning, coaching, and working alongside experienced Heritage leadership.

During the program, you’ll develop skills in:

• Advanced roofing and storm restoration sales
• Insurance restoration processes
• Project management
• Customer experience
• Recruiting and interviewing
• New-hire onboarding and development
• Field coaching and ride-alongs

What You’ll Do

As a Manager in Training, you’ll continue doing what successful roofing professionals do best—produce—while developing the skills required to lead others.

You’ll:

• Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build strong homeowner relationships
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Recruit and help onboard new sales representatives
• Train new hires through field coaching and ride-alongs
• Help team members develop their sales skills
• Lead from the front through personal production
• Drive accountability and performance
• Help build Heritage’s Denver sales organization

• Have experience with insurance restoration claims

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
• Residential storm restoration experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work in the field and perform roof inspections
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
• Commitment to return to and help grow the Denver market
