Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Manager, Sales Tools & Technology, you will lead the evolution of the technology ecosystem that enables our global Commercial teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners and guests. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of key sales platforms, ensuring they scale alongside the growth of our Wholesale business across regions, channels, and customer segments. Working closely with Sales, Product, Merchandising, Technology, and external partners, you will translate business needs into technology solutions that improve efficiency, enable growth, and support long-term strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our commercial capabilities through platform innovation, vendor partnerships, and global process transformation. Success in this role will come from balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence while leading a team responsible for delivering business-critical tools and services.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Wholesale Operations team is a cross-functional group whose focus is to support commercial growth through scalable processes, technology solutions, and operational excellence. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Technology teams to improve how we work, strengthen the partner experience, and build capabilities that enable the future growth of Arc'teryx's global Wholesale business.

  • Leading the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for sales tools and technology platforms that support Wholesale and Commercial Operations
  • Managing and developing a team responsible for platform administration, user support, system enhancements, and business process improvements
  • Onboarding and scaling new business units within the online tool used while partnering with technology for its integration
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, Merchandising, Technology, and regional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and prioritize technology investments
  • Collaborating with external vendors and internal technology teams to negotiate priorities, evaluate opportunities, and deliver platform enhancements
  • Translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience
  • Driving adoption, change management, and communication plans to ensure teams are equipped to maximize platform capabilities
  • Monitoring platform performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Establishing governance frameworks, documentation standards, and operating procedures that support sustainable global growth
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial processes, technology solutions, and business objectives across regions and channels

  • Leading the implementation and integration of new technologies and capabilities that strengthen collaboration between Sales, Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams

  • Growing team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and the development of subject matter expertise across the sales technology landscape

  • You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • You have 7+ years of experience supporting business operations, commercial technology, sales enablement, business systems, program management, or a related field
  • You have experience leading technology-enabled business initiatives from, strategy, concept through implementation and adoption
  • You have experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
  • You have experience managing third-party vendors, technology partners, and strategic business relationships
  • You possess strong business acumen and can connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
  • You have strong project and program management capabilities, including managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • You are highly effective at translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
  • You have strong analytical skills and use data to inform decisions
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

  • Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is: CAD$108,000 -CAD$142,000
