In the context of our growth, we are seeking a Manager who will lead and independently deliver end-to-end projects for clients in India and internationally.

This role requires both strong expertise in the space sector and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including government institutions, private companies, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of client projects across strategy, market intelligence, and transaction advisory
  • Own project execution including timelines, deliverables, quality control, and client stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the Indian and global space ecosystem
  • Support business development through proposal writing, client pitches, and account growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with global Novaspace teams for seamless cross-border execution
  • Develop and mentor junior team members and contribute to building local delivery capabilities

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong project delivery and engagement management capabilities
  • Solid knowledge of the space/satellite industry and ecosystem
  • Expertise in structured problem-solving and consulting methodologies
  • Strong commercial acumen, including proposal development and client presentations
  • Team management experience (managing teams of approximately 2–5 members)
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Experience & Seniority

  • 6 -10+ years of total professional experience
  • Combination of management consulting/advisory experience and direct exposure to the space/satellite industry
  • Proven track record of independently managing project delivery

Education

  • Strong academic background with a Master’s degree in a relevant field
