  • Completed studies in civil engineering
  • At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software
  • Excellent knowledge of the Australian construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM
  • Very good English skills, knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Australia and occasionally to Germany

  • Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the Australian subsidiary
  • Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals
  • Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships
  • Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions
  • Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in Australia
  • Regular reporting to the headquarters’ management on sales KPIs, pipeline, and market feedback
