About the Role

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and persuasive Street Promoters/Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to act as the face of our brand in high-traffic public areas, engaging with potential customers to create brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and capture contact information

What You’ll Be Doing

• Approaching people in busy streets, shopping precincts and events
• Quickly introducing our new product and generating curiosity
• Collecting name and phone number from interested prospects
• Entering leads into a simple form on your phone
• Keeping the energy high and engaging with large volumes of people

What We’re Looking For

• High energy personality
• Thick skinned – able to handle rejection
• Confident approaching strangers
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven by performance-based earnings
• Sales, promotions, or fundraising experience is a plus
