Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution

- Content & Creative Collaboration
- Work with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content and visuals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns support lead generation and revenue goals.
- Provide insights and reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Market Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for new channels and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO and PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
