THE POSITION: Marketing Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team! In this role, you will support our marketing content, campaigns, and video marketing endeavors. You will learn how to execute strategic marketing plans, assist in driving brand awareness, and support our growth in Thailand. This role reports directly to the marketing manager and collaborates closely with the senior marketing executive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Marketing Execution Support (Owned Channels)

• Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of monthly marketing campaigns by coordinating assets and ensuring checklists are completed for a timely launch.
• CRM (EDM & Push): Help draft copy and schedule EDMs (Email) and Push Notifications to engage our user base and drive bookings.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing the local social media calendar. You will help create, curate, and schedule engaging, food-first content to grow our community.
• In-App Operations: Assist in setting up in-app placements (banners, themes, pop-ups) to promote campaigns and key merchants.
  
  

2. Performance & Content Assistance

• Data Entry & Reporting: Support the team by pulling data for campaign performance reports. assist in tracking key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR) to help the team find optimization opportunities.
• Content Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions for local content strategy.
• Creative Briefs: Learn to write clear briefs for new ad creatives and short-form videos using AI tools to speed up the process.
  
  

3. Growth & Administrative Support

• KOL Outreach: Assist in identifying potential influencers (KOLs) and help coordinate product seeding or campaign logistics.
• Partnership Research: Research potential partners (lifestyle apps, e-commerce platforms) and assist in preparing pitch decks or meeting notes.
  
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Attitude: Highly organized with a "can-do" attitude. You are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
• Tech Savvy & AI Interest: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is essential. Experience with or a strong interest in using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper) for copywriting and brainstorming is a huge plus.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
• Creativity: A good eye for visuals and trends in the food/lifestyle industry.
• Analytical Basics: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and interested in learning how to analyze marketing data.
• Canvas Skill: Experience in Canva to customize templates for social media posts and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency with AI Marketing Tools: Proven experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper) to improve efficiency and output in marketing workflows, particularly for copywriting (EDMs, push, social), content brainstorming, and creative brief development.
