As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the execution of go-to-market initiatives for ShopBack Pay in Hong Kong. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain real experience bringing campaigns to life—from content creation to on-ground retail execution.
This internship would require a 6-months, full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm) commitment minimally.
Your Adventure Ahead
Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including ideation, promotional materials, and content development
Assist with on-the-ground execution of in-store marketing initiatives, including point-of-sale materials (POSM), retail displays, and offline activations
Work with design and operations teams to prepare and deploy campaign assets
Support co-branded campaigns with merchant partners to grow ShopBack’s offline presence
Assist with copywriting and content creation across marketing channels in both English and Cantonese
Help track campaign performance and compile reports to derive insights
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, product, and design teams
Essentials to Succeed
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in marketing, especially campaign execution and offline/retail activations
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (spoken and written), with an interest in content creation
Based in Hong Kong, with the ability to be on the ground for in-store execution
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
Comfortable working with data and learning how to measure campaign performance
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or other Generative AI platforms
