Marketing Manager

A highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our brand. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to align marketing activities with the company's overall strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote cosmetics products.
• - Conduct market research to identify target demographics and consumer preferences.
• - Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• - Manage advertising efforts across various channels, such as print, digital, and social media.
• - Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches.
• - Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• - Oversee social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and public relations activities.
• - Utilize strong communication, analytical, and creative skills to excel in the role.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant major.
• Minimum 5 years in the same position and 3 years same industry.
• Fashion or luxury brand experience is a must.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
