About this role
About IBS Electronics
IBS Electronics is a global electronic components distributor operating across the US, Hong Kong, and China. For over 40 years, we've helped customers in aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and energy markets solve hard supply chain problems and move fast when it counts.
We're a young, fast-moving, technology-driven team, and we're investing to grow. That means real opportunity to build a career here, not just fill a seat. We use modern ERP, data, and AI-assisted tools because we believe technology should free people to do their best work, not replace them.
We're also intentional about how we build our team. Marketing works closely with Sales, Procurement, and our global teams to strengthen the IBS brand, support business development, and create opportunities across our markets. We welcome candidates of every background and are committed to building a team where different perspectives make us sharper.
About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Officer to support and execute global marketing initiatives across digital channels, content, communications, SEO, social media, and marketing operations.
This isn't simply a content or social media role. You'll help manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution, use data to understand what's working, and leverage AI and automation to improve how we work. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and global teams to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, support business initiatives, and build brand awareness.
You'll have the opportunity to work across different areas of marketing while helping shape and improve our marketing processes as IBS continues to grow.

- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, SEO metrics, and marketing KPIs to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Support marketing automation, CRM, lead generation, trade shows, promotional activities, and internal marketing requests while maintaining marketing assets, timelines, and documentation.
What You Need

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role.
