Bringoz is looking for a versatile, hands-onMarketingOperations & Growth Specialist who can bridge strategic content creation with technical campaign execution and business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with operational and analyticalthinking,a marketer whoknows how towrite compelling content, manage complex campaigns, connectmarketingsystems, analyze performance data, manage and maintain related tools, and execute across multiple inbound and outbound channels.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience in B2B SaaS, mission-critical enterprise software, and mid-marketto enterprise environments in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead generation process, nurture programs, andGTMinitiatives
  • Manage and optimize inbound and outboundmarketingcampaigns
  • Build and execute email sequencing and automation workflows
  • Manage HubSpot operations, CRM flows, and lifecycle automation
  • Create high-qualitymarketingcontent for campaigns,website,email, social media, and sales enablement
  • Connect and manage integrations between HubSpot and tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn, and other sales/marketingplatforms
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Build and maintainmarketingand business BI reports and dashboards
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI
  • Manage campaign budgets and operational execution
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, CS, and Leadership teams to align growth strategies
  • Assist in improvingmarketingprocesses, operational efficiency, and reporting structures

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in B2B SaaSmarketing
  • Experiencemarketingmission-critical software solutions
  • Strong experience with HubSpot (mandatory)
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound channels
  • Hands-on experience with email sequencing andmarketingautomation
  • Experience integratingmarketingtools and platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience building BI reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns andmarketingbudgets
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment

  • Experience working closely with sales and business operations teams
