Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can stay active and play an important part in keeping production running?

KAM Plastics is looking for a 2nd Shift Material Handler to join our team. In this position, you'll make sure our production teams have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix, coordinate and stage raw materials based on production needs
• Deliver materials to machines according to the production schedule
• Safely operate forklifts to move, load and stack materials
• Perform material and inventory transactions using computer/barcoding systems
• Clean loaders, dryers and grinders during mold changes
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep material areas clean, organized and ready for production
• Follow KAM work instructions, safety requirements and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift experience or ability to obtain a forklift operator license
• Manufacturing experience and understanding of manufacturing processes preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
