The State Accountability and Voice Initiative (SAVI) is a DFID funded programme, designed to improve the effectiveness of public resources use in selected states in Nigeria. SAVI has its head office in Abuja and is now working in Enugu, jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Kastina, Yobe, Anambra, Niger and Zamfara states.

Qualifications
Media Development Specialist
Position (2)
Location: Kaduna, Lagos
Qualification:
Minimum of 5 years experience working in media development.
Degree in communications medial development or other relevant educational background.
Experience working to improve voice and accountability including relational, technical, institutional and legal with an international donor organization or int. NGO.
Ability to develop media relations.
Minimum of 3 years work experience with state and/ or national media organizations.
Provide either the North or southern cluster of states a supporting role in up to 5 SAVI states.

Understanding of all aspects of programme development, planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and communications.
