Responsibilities:

  • Administering routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
  • Providing supervision, support, and compassionate care to residents.
  • Working collaboratively with the Director of Wellness, and other team members.
  • Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes in condition.
  • Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents and their families.
  • Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RMA certification.
  • Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and understanding of the aging process.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Previous senior living or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Shifts

    Shifts: Full time & Part time.
