 Drive the sales and margin through merchandising and content initiatives  Daily engagement with team to evaluate top/bottom selling styles and refine

go-forward plan for website and marketing content  Propose strategies for merchandise and content to increase conversion

 Collaborates with key stakeholders to plan visual merchandising strategy for

Holachef.com to drive conversion and sales through online merchandising strategies and

execution

 Manages the product setup process, product navigation, onsite search and products

cross sells  Accurately launch products on the website according to delivery dates and business

needs  Liaise with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media for integrated content

planning

 Collaborate with key stakeholders and align on business drivers to ensure digital

focus and execution on website and through marketing tactics  Partner with marketing function to formulate content plans that drive new customers

and customer retention

 Responsible for category messaging and content, features and category marketing

messages.  Review and provide insight to business owners on daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s

Position Skills and Experience Requirements :  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

 At least 3 years focused experience on online merchandising

 Strong analytical approach in understanding and harnessing the power of web

analytics  Ability to work in fast-paced environment; flexible to accommodate demanding

project schedules  Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively

with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community..  Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc  Food styling

 A good sense of design, color and style  Creativity and imagination

 An awareness of current trends in design, fashion and culture  A high level of attention to detail  The ability to work to deadlines  Good communication skills  The ability to work well as part of a team and as a stand alone

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or related field
