Mid-Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (B2B)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions. The consultant will gather requirements, design solutions, configure Dynamics, and provide strategic insights to ensure business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to analyze business processes and gather requirements.

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/CE, ERP, or Finance & Operations).

• Provide functional expertise in modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain.

• Collaborate with developers to design customizations and integrations.

• Deliver workshops, training, and documentation for end-users.

• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and business objectives.

• Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment support.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Dynamics strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.

• 4–7 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (CRM/CE or ERP).

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).

• Experience with solution design, functional documentation, and requirements gathering.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
