Motion Designer (Full-Time, On-Site | Limassol, Cyprus)

We're looking for a passionate Motion Designer who loves creating high-impact visual content. If you're creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional work, we'd love to hear from you

⭐ Main Goal:
Create high-performing paid ad videos for user acquisition campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, fast-paced ad content with strong storytelling
• Create motion graphics, visual effects, captions, music, and sound design as needed
• Develop new creative concepts
• Adapt content for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.)
• Stay up to date with content trends and continuously suggest creative improvements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI creative tools is a must:
• Image: Midjourney, Seedream, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Flux / SDXL / LoRA (or similar)
• Video: Kling AI, Veo, Runway, Pika, Seedance, HeyGen (or similar)
• Voice / Audio: ElevenLabs, Suno AI (or similar)
• Proven experience in motion design and video editing
• Strong proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of visual composition, editing, sound, and motion graphics
• Experience creating high-performing advertising creatives
• Nice to Have:
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a huge advantage
• Experience creating content for user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of viral content trends and audience retention strategies
  
  
  

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
