What You'll Earn
This isn't a flat-rate grind. Your paycheck reflects your effort:

Base pay: $17–$26/hr depending on role and experience

Tips: +$7–$10/hr on average — paid by real customers who appreciate real work

Weekly & monthly bonuses on top of that

Paid training — you earn while you learn

Do the math: a full-time driver at the mid-range can realistically clear $35+/hr in total compensation. That's moving industry money.

Driver Requirements
At least 21 years old

Valid U.S. driver's license with no major infractions (DUI, reckless operation, etc.) in the last 5 years

No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years; no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years

Able to lift, maneuver, and handle household and office furniture up to 100 lbs unassisted

Service-minded — you care about doing the job right, not just getting it done

Laborer Requirements
Able to lift, maneuver, and handle household and office furniture up to 100 lbs unassisted
