- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to client acquisition and account expansion
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase market share and revenue
- Maintain consistent activity standards, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong candidate delivery and fill rates
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Maintain a strong market presence through meetings, networking, and business development activity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales
- Proven track record of success in a revenue-generating, performance-driven environment
- Strong ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven culture
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of contract/temporary staffing models strongly preferred
