At Public Outreach we fundraise and campaign for the world’s most reputable aid and advocacy organizations. We work with a vast variety of unique and world-changing charities and grassroots organizations that come to us to increase their capacity and grow their work.

Public Outreach is currently looking to hire outgoing, engaging and outspoken individuals to join our Vancouver Phone Office. Our Phone Follow-Up (PFU) team engages individuals who previously spoke to a Public Outreach face to face representative and expressed interest in contributing to a humanitarian / local charity.

Positions Details

• Thorough and comprehensive in office and on the job training period to set you up for success

• Flexible schedules - you choose the days (minimum 3 shifts / week)

• Evenings are essential for success - most people work from 1 - 9pm, but we’re flexible!

• Guaranteed Hourly Wage. No Commission

• Must be comfortable engaging people in conversation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to problem solve

• Ability to work with a team

• Sales Experience is an asset, but definitely not necessary

• Possess an open and growth mindset and eager to learn!
