1. 24/7 Support and having 4+ years of experience.

2. Network monitoring and maintaining of Cisco products like switches/bridges.

3. Port management

4. Unix/Linux server and webserver monitoring

5. Proficient in scripting (Shell/Perl/Python/TCL)

6. Protocol experience in TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, Diameter

7. Load balancing (ELB – Elastic Load Balancing)

8. Log tool like SPLUNK

9. Knowledge on web services
