Night Shift Building Maintenance Specialist

Description

Digitain is hiring a Building Maintenance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation, monitoring, and maintenance of critical engineering systems during night hours. The specialist will perform regular inspections, operate technical systems, and promptly detect and eliminate emergency situations to ensure the safe and stable functioning of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of critical facilities, including boiler houses, pumping stations, UPS systems, and generators
• Monitor, operate, and adjust HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Detect, respond to, and eliminate emergency and malfunction situations in a timely manner
• Ensure proper operation of engineering and utility systems during the night shift
• Record identified issues and report incidents according to internal procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of the position

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Energy, or a related field
• Relevant experience in building maintenance, engineering systems, or technical operations
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic electrical/mechanical systems
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues and emergencies
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

• Work schedule: 1 day on / 2 day off
• Working hours: 21։00 - 09:00
