Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapist) - Harlem

This role is ideal for therapists who have developed a solid foundation in hand therapy during their clinical education and are eager to build on that experience with mentorship, advanced training, and hands-on practice.

Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises. ·Develop and progress individualized treatment plans including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, custom orthotic fabrication, and patient education

·Empower patients with home programs and strategies that support their functional goals and recovery

·Collaborate closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional outcomes
