OD & Performance Intern

• Support the input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation (Structure Organization, Job Level, etc).
• Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational practices.
• Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role’s job description and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio / Draw.io and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts
• Able to analyze and logically assess the alignment between KPIs and job descriptions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to changes.
• Demonstrates curiosity about business processes and is able to challenge job descriptions or SOPs constructively by asking the “why” behind them.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
