Offshore Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate offshore marine, aviation, cargo, and personnel logistics activities.
• Act as the offshore logistics focal point between the RIG and onshore logistics team.
• Coordinate vessel schedules, helicopter movements, cargo loading/discharge, and personnel transfers.
• Manage cargo manifests, pre-manifests, logistics records, and material tracking in KABAL or equivalent systems.
• Monitor offshore inventories, CCUs, bulk materials, and anticipated logistics requirements.
• Interface with Operations, Drilling, HSE, vessel masters, helicopter crews, contractors, and offshore teams.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with Company procedures, marine/aviation requirements, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in daily operational and logistics coordination meetings.
• Conduct logistics inspections and support safety meetings and emergency response activities.
• Identify logistics constraints and coordinate corrective actions to maintain operational continuity.
• Support and manage logistics-related Management of Change (MOC) processes when required.
• Ensure effective handover of logistics activities and information between rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore logistics, marine logistics, material management, or offshore support operations.
• Experience supporting drilling, completion, construction, or offshore production activities.
• Strong knowledge of offshore cargo logistics, vessel operations, manifests, and material tracking.
• Experience with logistics/material management systems; KABAL or equivalent preferred.
• Valid offshore medical fitness certification.
• BOSIET certification preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Strong coordination, communication, organization, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary offshore environment.
• Strong HSE awareness and ability to work safely under demanding offshore conditions.

Additional Information

Location: Offshore RIG, Suriname
Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Schedule: 12 hours/day, 7 days/week during rotation
Duration: 3 years
