Who We Need:

This role is the dependable catch-all and process owner for administrative execution across a scrappy, fast-growing Operations environment. The ideal candidate that we are looking for will create a reliable administrative execution layer that keeps routine Operations work moving without requiring senior leaders to be the reminder/follow-up layer. You must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, trustworthy, and can perform quickly and accurately. You will support all areas of multiple businesses, so ability to prioritize is a must.

Work Arrangement:

Primarily onsite in Denver, CO with potential hybrid flexibility once fully established. Expected to be onsite enough to support office/admin execution needs.

Own shared/functional inbox triage, routing, routine responses and follow-up tracking.

Support onboarding/offboarding mechanics, employee setup, records and checklists under appropriate oversight.

Coordinate routine administrative work across Operations, Contracts, Talent Acquisition, Property and the COO.

Manage vendor/admin requests, logistics, registrations, records, employee gifts, office/site tasks and special projects.

Maintain SOPs, trackers and documentation so recurring work has clear ownership and closure.

Support the Intern with low-risk tasking while permanent process ownership remains with Operations.

Recurring work is completed on time and without repeated reminders.

Issues are researched and escalated before deadlines are missed.

Work is documented, organized and closed out.

The role creates capacity for higher-level functional owners.

3+ years of administrative/operations support experience

Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Strong follow-through, discretion, organization and written communication.

Comfort supporting multiple functions in a high-growth, multi-hat environment.

Microsoft Office Suite competency

Refined verbal and written skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to self-manage and motivate

Capacity to successfully adhere to instructions on repetitive and/or new assignments

Effectively prioritize the revolving needs of the company with regular recurring daily tasks

Thirst for knowledge

Experience with shared inboxes, trackers, SOPs, onboarding or office administration preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree
