Core Responsibilities (All Tracks)
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry systems
- Follow internal policies, regulatory standards, and deadlines
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Track tasks and workflows to ensure timely completion
- Support audits, reporting, and operational improvements
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Approvals Track
- Process and track service or authorization requests
- Review submissions for completeness and eligibility
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely approvals
- Maintain approval logs and status updates
Compliance & Quality Assurance Track
- Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct file reviews and internal audits
- Identify risks or gaps and recommend corrective actions
