What You’ll Drive

• Oversee venue selection (virtual/physical), vendor procurement, master scheduling, and budget allocation.
• Liaise with trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts to sequence curriculum and finalize materials.
• Drive attendee onboarding workflows, real-time troubleshooting, and post-bootcamp engagement.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven background in event organization, training logistics, or bootcamp operations.
• Track record of achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from participants.
• Ability to execute 100% of bootcamp sessions on schedule while adhering strictly to budget limits with zero unapproved overruns.
