We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & ICT Risk Management Officer to join our Risk Management Unit. In this role, you'll support risk oversight activities across operational, technology, and third-party risk areas, helping ensure that our processes, controls, and documentation meet regulatory and business requirements.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Draft, maintain, and update risk-related policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support third-party and outsourcing risk monitoring activities
• Maintain risk registers and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Support incident management and follow-up actions
• Monitor action plans, deadlines, and remediation activities
• Assist in the preparation of risk reports and management reporting
• Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and audit-ready
• Collaborate with teams across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Risk functions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Up to 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, ICT Risk, Governance, Compliance, or a related field
• Experience working within financial services, payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated environment
• Exposure to policies, procedures, risk frameworks, or control documentation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience maintaining registers, trackers, and structured documentation
• Familiarity with risk management or GRC systems is considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
• Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship
