Operations Specialist (Northern, Southern, Northeastern of Thailand)

• Acquire new business partners (e.g., gas stations) and train to utilize PetroApp products effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to install PetroApp products for clients and provide training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new business partners.
• Conduct field visits to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date records related to operations, training, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a touch of a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
