How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude

• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with

• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction

• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems

• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• A problem-solving, can-do mindset

• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools

• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude

• Availability to work in shifts

• Completed compulsory education (high school minimum)

• Clean criminal record

• Valid work permit or residence card for Portugal

• B2+ English level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations.
