Overnight Construction Demo Laborer

We are currently hiring Overnight Construction Laborers in ** Suisun City, CA** to assist with demolition and site preparation on an active construction project. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in ** demo work, construction cleanup, and heavy lifting** who are comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior demolition including removal of drywall, flooring, framing, cabinetry, and fixtures
• Assist with tear-out of walls, ceilings, and existing structures using hand and power tools
• Load and remove debris and construction materials from the job site
• Perform construction cleanup and site preparation
• Assist skilled trades as needed on demolition and prep tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous construction labor or demolition experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and physically demanding work
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to Suisun City job site
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
