We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Media & Analytics Specialist who thrives on data, owns outcomes, and knows their way around a campaign dashboard as well as a performance report. You’ll manage paid advertising campaigns end-to-end from setup and targetingthroughoptimization and reporting, across Google Ads and Meta Ads.You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams, with direct support from leadership on strategy and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and optimizeGoogle Ads and Meta Ads campaigns daily.
- Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, events, and pixels.
- Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to implement and troubleshoot tracking.
- Analyze user behavior and performance data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements autonomously.
- Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience setting up and validating conversion events and tracking.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimizetowardperformance goals.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint), but not mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing creatives and landing pages.
- Familiarity with additional paid channels (YouTube Ads, Display, or retargeting strategies).
- Experience working with performance-driven or growth-focused teams.
