This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist - Meta Ads + Google Ads based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on paid media role focused on managing and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will oversee approximately 10–15 client accounts and manage monthly advertising spend of around USD 50,000–60,000. The role combines campaign execution, tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, CRM operations, and performance reporting. You will work in a fast-paced agency environment where attention to detail, autonomy, and practical decision-making are essential. Success means identifying issues quickly, taking corrective action, and continuously improving campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with Account Management, Project Management, and Design teams while owning the day-to-day execution of your accounts.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of approximately 10–15 clients.
- Manage advertising budgets of approximately USD 50,000–60,000 per month, including audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates, identifying performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and manage advanced audiences, including Lookalike, Customer List, Retargeting, and Exclusion Audiences, as well as funnel-based segmentation.
- Conduct A/B tests and continuous optimization initiatives to improve campaign and conversion performance.
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, conversion events, and CRM integrations.
- Investigate tracking, attribution, workflow, and conversion issues and ensure data remains consistent across advertising platforms, CRM systems, and reporting.
- Work with CRMs, marketing automation tools, pipelines, and workflows, adapting quickly to new platforms and processes.
- Optimize landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel, or similar tools, including testing headlines, forms, CTAs, and other conversion-focused elements.
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports, document optimizations and learnings, and build repeatable processes and playbooks.
- Coordinate daily with Account Management, Project Management, and Design teams while managing priorities and deliverables independently.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing, with recent direct experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience working in digital marketing, performance, or growth agencies and managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, audience management, bidding, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Experience working with CRMs and marketing automation platforms, including lead workflows and campaign-related integrations.
- Experience with landing pages, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and performance-focused experimentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of validating implementations and deliverables before considering work complete.
- High ownership, organization, prioritization, follow-through, autonomy, and practical judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify problems and take action without requiring every step to be predefined.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn data and insights into concrete actions.
- Ability to learn new tools, processes, and business contexts quickly.
- Conversational Spanish or higher is highly valued.
- Experience with restaurants, hospitality, franchises, multi-location businesses, or US-based clients is a plus.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms, workflow and pipeline creation, Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, or comparable reporting tools is valued.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing and performance is an advantage.
- 100% remote work from Latin America.
