Paralegal/ Legal Associate (Contract Management) - Multiple Openings

• Provide administrative support to the legal team within a multinational company (MNC).
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Summarize and analyze legal documents and research for the legal team.
• Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documents.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the legal team.
• Manage and maintain legal databases and tracking systems.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
• Handle and respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support in legal projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and legal software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
