• Provide day-to-day administration and business meeting scheduling;
• Book and arrange business trip logistics, including travel, transport and accommodation;
• Act as a first point of contact to greet visitors, screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence;
• Handle full spectrum of office administration work including but not limited to office equipment & facilities maintenance, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase.
• Maintain conference rooms and pantry cleanliness and tidiness
• Outdoor work may require occasionally;
• Assist in business activities and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• HKCEE F.5/DSE or Diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is prefer
• Fresh graduate/Final year student are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-minded, Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, proactive
