Part-time Pump Attendant - Hythe

New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Pump Attendant at our Gas Bar in Hythe, Alberta. This position will work mostly early morning shifts from 5:30am to 11:45am or 5:30am to 2pm.

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent customer experience
• Operate gas pumps, clean windshields, and check oil levels
• Process fuel and merchandise payments through the cash register
• Receive, unpack and display merchandise as necessary
• Perform additional duties as required including, but not limited to, routine price changes, housekeeping and compliance with health and safety regulations

Who you are and what you have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic approach to work
• Previous Gas Bar, cash handling or customer service experience is preferred
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required
• Available to work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
