Part Time Technician

We are looking for a hands-on Part-Time RMA Technician to support our RMA operations. This role involves handling returned TVs and monitors, basic dismantling and testing, checking accessories, and unpacking/repacking products. A senior team member will provide guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle returned TVs and monitors for RMA processing
• Dismantle TVs/monitors using basic tools
• Perform basic functional testing
• Sort and check accessories (remotes, cables, stands, etc.)
• Identify and record missing or faulty accessories
• Unpack and repack products properly
• Follow RMA SOPs and instructions from senior staff

Requirements

Requirements:

• Malaysians, 18 years old and above
• Comfortable with hands-on work and using basic tools
• Basic knowledge or experience with electronics is an advantage
• Able to handle TVs/monitors carefully (physical work involved)
• Can work on weekdays, 8.30AM - 5.30PM
