We’re growing our Partnerships team, and we’re looking for a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to help us open new doors, spark meaningful conversations, and build relationships with potential strategic partners across EMEA and Brazil.

➡️ Main Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential partners across EMEA and Brazil.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner conversations and opportunities.
Nurture relationships from first contact to activation, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain clear documentation and organization across outreach and CRM tools.

2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English or Spanish and Portuguese.
