We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to scale and execute high-impact partner marketing programs with leading technology resellers, distributors, and strategic channel partners.
The Partner Marketing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing activities and programs across a growing global channel ecosystem. This individual will work closely with partner sales managers, sales leadership, and corporate marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and revenue contribution.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and can successfully manage a high volume of partner requests, campaigns, events, and co-marketing activities simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting tier-one technology resellers and distributors, understands channel sales motions, and can build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic channel partners, distributors, and reseller relationships across North America and EMEA
Partner closely with Account Managers and Partner Sales team to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans aligned to growth objectives
Manage a high volume of partner marketing activities, requests, campaigns, and enablement initiatives across multiple stakeholders and geographies
Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns including webinars, virtual events, email campaigns, digital programs, field marketing activities, and partner-led demand generation initiatives
Coordinate partner participation in industry events, trade shows, partner conferences, and regional marketing activities
Administer and track MDF (Market Development Funds), incentive and co-marketing programs, including proposal review, budget tracking, ROI measurement, and reporting
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to adapt messaging, content, and campaign assets for channel partner use
Develop partner-facing sales and marketing materials, campaign toolkits, presentations, and enablement resources
Drive partner engagement through regular communication, marketing planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews
Monitor and report on partner marketing performance metrics including campaign engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROI
Help improve and scale partner engagement processes, workflows, and operational efficiency as the channel organization grows
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
Proven experience working with technology resellers, distributors, VARs, MSPs, or channel partners
Strong understanding of channel go-to-market models and partner sales ecosystems
Experience managing co-marketing campaigns, partner programs, MDF budgets, and joint GTM initiatives
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder requests in a high-volume environment
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product marketing, and partner organizations
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and HubSpot
Nice to Have:
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Cybersecurity, endpoint management, infrastructure software, or IT operations industry experience
Experience supporting international or multi-region partner programs preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 based on experience and location.
