GRIT is courage, is resilience, is stamina; and US represents our youthful & passionate team. Founded in February 2017 in Hong Kong, we share our love for this city & wish to contribute our craft into technology & innovation. We are writing a new page into Hong Kong’s Smart City development.

In Gritus, we are striving to bring digital detail to life with our smart consoles, so we help transform retail & bring value to the society in this digital experience era. Through our interactive console experience, with our use of data & innovation, Gritus is enhancing shopper experience & retail merchandising to help enable Hong Kong’s Smart City lifestyle.

• Drive Growth with Structure.
• Manage local P&L and allocate budget towards ROI-positive growth initiatives.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships to expedite market growth, foster repeat bookings, and drive new revenue opportunities.
• Follow up and communicate diligently with external parties
• Operationalize and scale our multi-brand retail experiences to create more market opportunities for start-up and emerging brands.
• Continue to build a team of “A players” and work with leadership to develop regional objectives, individual KPIs and bonus structure for your team.

Qualifications

• Someone who actively propose, test, analyze and iterate. We embrace rapid change, move quickly and work with agility.
• Ability to work independently and on weekends and outside of regular office hours, if required.
• Someone who thinks about improving yourself all the time.
• Strong multi-dimensional leadership ability; able to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment with astuteness and sensitivity.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business/financial acumen.
• Able to make sound decisions with relevant facts at hand; do not shy away from conflict.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Hungry for career progression - we are growing quickly and prefer to promote internally.
• Sound strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
