Parts Advisor (Virtual Assistant)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source automotive parts based on customer or technician requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and product information.
• Prepare accurate quotations and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update parts inventory records.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer service through written and verbal communication.
• Ensure all documentation and communications are accurate and well-organized.
